The explosion of communication tools--web sites, blogs, Twitter, social media, mobile--presents tremendous challenges and opportunities to businesses. Blog services and software are available from a wide range of sources--WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Livejournal, Movable Type, Blogger, LiveJournal, Tumblr, TypePad, and Windows Live Spaces.
